We are excited to announce that our international charity hike is back—this time in the heart of Madeira!
About the Trip
Our main hike will take place along Madeira’s renowned PR1 mountain trails, surrounded by dramatic peaks, rugged landscapes and breath-taking viewpoints above the clouds. The guided trek will provide an unforgettable adventure through some of the island’s most spectacular scenery!
Alongside the hike, participants will experience some of Madeira’s most iconic natural and cultural attractions, including:
- Pico do Areeiro – Experience an unforgettable sunrise from one of Madeira’s highest peaks
- Funchal – Explore Madeira’s vibrant capital, historic Old Town, marina and traditional markets
- Câmara de Lobos – A picturesque fishing village known for its colourful boats and beautiful harbour
- Cabo Girão Skywalk – Walk across a glass viewing platform overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
- Ribeira da Janela – Discover Madeira’s dramatic volcanic sea stacks and rugged northern coastline
- Seixal Beach – Relax on one of Madeira’s most beautiful natural black-sand beaches
- Porto Moniz – Swim in natural volcanic pools formed by ancient lava
- Fanal Forest – Explore an enchanting ancient laurel forest and UNESCO World Heritage landscape
- Monte Cable Car – Enjoy panoramic views while travelling above Funchal
- Monte Toboggan – Experience Madeira’s famous traditional wicker-sledge ride
