What are the aims and objectives?

The Bridging Project (BP) seeks to connect students in the UK with maternal health initiatives in both Bangladesh and the UK. Our goal is to enhance students’ appreciation for medicine while helping them develop essential skills in teamwork, case presentation, and communication, all of which are crucial for careers in healthcare

Who could participate?

Students from year 11 to year 13 who have an interest in healthcare e.g Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing. 

When is it?

Session will start this summer

What’s the logistics? (Online session)

  • Once a week we run a session, in the evening for 1.5 hours for 6 weeks
  • Students can only come to the skills events and receive a certificate if they have participated in â…š of the online sessions.
