Are you pregnant or a mum with a baby up to 24 months old and from an ethnic community?
MAA, in partnership with the Ethnicity & Mental Health Improvement Project (EMHIP), is offering a FREE 8-week perinatal mental wellbeing programme in Tooting, starting in September 2026.
The workshops provide a warm, welcoming and culturally adapted space where mums and mums-to-be can connect with others, build confidence and learn practical skills to support their mental wellbeing.
Throughout the 8 weeks, sessions will include:
- Creative sessions
- Bonding with your baby
- Peer connection
- Cultural discussions
- Wellbeing skills
The programme is open to women who are pregnant from their second trimester onwards or mothers with a baby up to 24 months old. Babies are welcome to attend.
Sessions are delivered by trained facilitators who speak English, Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
