Through interactive sessions and practical activities\, you will strengthen your understanding of healthcare while learning more about the challenges surrounding maternal health. \nThe programme is completely free and designed for sixth-form students interested in studying medicine or dentistry. \nWhat You Will Gain\nDuring the programme\, you will: \n\nDevelop your teamwork and leadership skills\nStrengthen your communication and presentation skills\nLearn how to analyse and present healthcare case studies\nExplore maternal health challenges in the UK and Bangladesh\nGain a deeper understanding of medicine and dentistry\nLearn about the work of an international maternal health charity\nTake part in interactive discussions and group activities\nBuild valuable skills for university applications and future healthcare careers\n\nWho Can Participate?\nThe programme is open to sixth-form students in the UK who are interested in studying medicine or dentistry. \nStudents from anywhere in the UK can apply\, as every session will take place online. \nWhen Will It Take Place?\nThe Bridging Project will begin in November and run for 10 weeks. \nThere will be one online session each week.
