DESCRIPTION:Are you pregnant or a mum with a baby up to 24 months old and from an ethnic community? \nMAA\, in partnership with the Ethnicity & Mental Health Improvement Project (EMHIP)\, is offering a FREE 8-week perinatal mental wellbeing programme in Tooting\, starting in September 2026. \nThe workshops provide a warm\, welcoming and culturally adapted space where mums and mums-to-be can connect with others\, build confidence and learn practical skills to support their mental wellbeing. \nThroughout the 8 weeks\, sessions will include: \n\nCreative sessions\nBonding with your baby\nPeer connection\nCultural discussions\nWellbeing skills\n\nThe programme is open to women who are pregnant from their second trimester onwards or mothers with a baby up to 24 months old.
